Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Radha Business Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy, and driving growth through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize restaurant operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control restaurant finances, including sales, labor costs, and inventory expenses, to ensure profitability and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
