About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Bukhara Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth. Conduct regular cost analyses to ensure that we are maintaining optimal profit margins.

Staff Management and Training

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns. Develop and implement strategies to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Marketing and Promotion

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, identifying opportunities to promote our brand and drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.

Work Environment

Fast-paced restaurant environment, with a high level of pressure and stress. Repetitive tasks, with a focus on attention to detail.
