Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at 10825158 Canada Inc., a leading restaurant group dedicated to serving high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a key member of our management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing food costs, and driving kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items and cooking techniques to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste
  • Analyze operating costs and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
  • Recruit and hire staff, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a high-performing kitchen team
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • College or CEGEP diploma in culinary arts or a related field, with a strong focus on leadership and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of kitchen staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
