Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
