About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
