About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Reitmans. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit targets
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Train and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge
- Maintain open communication with store management and district leadership
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a customer-facing environment
- Experience in mobilizing a team towards a common goal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
