Supermarket Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supermarket Department Supervisor to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our supermarket department.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of department staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that the department is clean and organized.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
