About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the store manager and district manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
