As a Retail Merchandiser with Acosta, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement on store shelves, updating prices based on inventory and market conditions, and setting up promotional materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized and tidy shelves, implementing planogram changes to optimize product placement, and preventing stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance our sales area during store visits.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet. You will also need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
