As our new Business Development Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of Marketing Consultants and identifying new sales opportunities within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Recruit, motivate, and lead a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize web research, prospecting, and email tactics to seek new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Business Development to develop and implement business development tactics
  • Manage priorities, balance attention to detail with big-picture perspective, and maintain a strong organizational and project management skillset

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating sales and leading a sales team
  • Experience in recruitment, motivation, and sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of customer relations management and business development tactics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
