About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Manage and coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
    • Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and managed.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
    • Monitor and report on project quality and risk.
  • Project Closure
    • Ensure project closure is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Document lessons learned and best practices.
    • Close out project contracts and agreements.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • College Diploma or University Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager.
    • Experience with electrical, mechanical, or I&C components for nuclear power plants.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proficient in Project Management methodologies, such as PMBOK.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
