About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical projects for the Westinghouse Parts Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-complexity projects with multiple disciplines and integrated teams of 10 or more members.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
  • Monitor progress, ensure timelines are met, and balance competing project constraints.
  • Align stakeholder expectations, manage risks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate project interdependencies and requirements to functional groups.
  • Properly close projects by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems.
Requirements
  • College Diploma or University Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline).
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a project manager, with 3 years in a technical/engineering role considered.
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, or I&C components for nuclear power plants.
  • PMP certificate preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Project Management (PMBOK) and English, both written and verbal.
