Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications initiatives that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications plans to promote our real estate portfolio and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for our intranet and external communication channels.
  • Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities, including town halls and team events.
  • Contribute to the development of our intranet and website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and feedback on our communications initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
