The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Education Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of director education courses and events by performing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure courses are set up correctly and on time for online registration.
- Coordinate tracking and evaluations for all education offerings.
- Assist Content Managers in the development, revision, and finalization of materials as required.
- Act as a virtual on-site planner for courses, as necessary.
- Previous experience working with senior professionals and corporate clients is an asset.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance through time management, problem-solving, and respect for deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior English-language written and oral communication skills (French language skills would be an asset).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (working knowledge of iMIS is an additional asset).
- Familiarity with the Zoom virtual meeting platform.
- Familiarity with an LMS, particularly Brightspace, is considered an asset.
The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a not-for-profit, member-based organization representing Canadian directors and boards across the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, Credit Union sectors, and Crown Corporations.
