Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight and perspective into the financial services industry by sourcing and developing interesting and engaging content for internal and external communication channels.
  • Leverage your creativity and innovative thinking by contributing to the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities, including town halls and team events.
  • Expand your writing and website planning skills by developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
  • Build your network by supporting enterprise-wide signature initiatives, including executing tactical plans for rolling out new Communications programs.
  • Take the lead on an internal CRE project with exciting creative and communications possibilities, while also working on strategies for streamlining the communications and tech processes for a busy functions team.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with project management capabilities.
  • Motivation and a strong desire to learn.
  • Knowledge of and interest in intranet design, flow, and editing.
  • Creativity and curiosity.
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems efficiently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Corporate Communications experience.
  • Design and intranet skills.
  • Demonstrated record of academic success with diverse range of extracurricular activities.
  • Background in CRE is an asset.
