Position Overview
The Supply Chain Customer Liaison will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions on a daily basis, addressing inquiries to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services within the Customer Supply Chain Network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address daily inquiries.
- Process and verify customer orders for accuracy, including load weight and pallet count.
- Manage orders by monitoring shipping dates and communicating updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Generate reports related to customer activities.
- Occasional travel within North America may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional skills in building customer relationships.
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and report integrity.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French) for effective customer interaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Capacity to manage a high volume of communications and orders.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Experience in detail-oriented order processing and customer engagement.
- Educational background in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role with experience in order management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Familiarity with JDE and Salesforce is advantageous.
