About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Tapestry Venture Capital, LLC. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key part in building and shaping our small business banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data to inform product decisions and establish clear success metrics to guide product development.
  • Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features that meet customer needs.
  • Provide feedback on design and user experience to ensure every product is a delightful experience for our users.
  • Help hold the team accountable to outcomes and ensure a high bar for product delivery.
  • Elevate the Product Management practice at Tapestry Venture Capital, LLC, building an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • You live in the Toronto area or are open to relocation.
  • You have a strong history of building products 0-to-1 and can demonstrate excellence and impact in your work experience.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, both visually and in writing, and have experience turning data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, etc.
