Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at SRA Wayne Right Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
