Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SRA Wainwright Restaurants Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, supplier negotiations, and health and safety regulations compliance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive dining experience for customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff members to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position involves working under pressure and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Restaurant Manager will work 35 hours per week.
