Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing cash handling and inventory.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require all staff members to be fluent in English.Hours:

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
