Patient Care and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Care and Sales Coordinator to join our team at WSAudiology. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client files.
- Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, and trial periods to increase sales and foster loyalty.
- Participate in HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives, including attending community events and networking with healthcare providers.
- Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or administration.
- Experience in retail or sales-oriented environments is strongly preferred.
- An energetic and self-driven individual with a passion for business development and community partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred for local travel to events and marketing engagements.
