About the Role

Lufa Farms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential partners, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a prospecting and canvassing plan to identify new partnership opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their success and expansion;
  • Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and acquire new customers;
  • Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown, and prepare reports following each event;
  • Assist the Sales Manager in related tasks, including making follow-up calls to subscribers;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • A car and a valid driver's licence;
  • Availability to visit current and potential partners;
  • Effective communication skills, with a proactive and resilient mindset;
  • Result-oriented, with a genuine interest in sustainability and food systems;
  • Availability to work on weekends;
  • Sales experience.
