Sales and Partnership Development Representative

Lufa Farms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and promoting our sustainable food systems to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a prospecting and canvassing plan to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure their success and growth
- Represent Lufa Farms at events and promote our services to customers
- Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown
- Prepare reports and maintain traffic statistics
- Assist the Sales Manager in all related tasks
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- A car and a valid driver's license
- Available to visit current and potential partners
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- A proactive mindset
- Resilient and optimistic
- Result-oriented
- Available to work on weekends
- Sales experience
- Passion for food
