Location: Kootenays, BC (Cranbrook, Kimberley preferred, but remote work options available).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive LICENSED Real Estate Assistant to become a vital part of our expanding team in the picturesque Kootenays of southeastern British Columbia. If you have a passion for real estate, a positive attitude, and hold a valid BC real estate license, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings for potential buyers
- Delivering exceptional service to meet client needs
- Assisting in various real estate transactions
- Providing daily support to the lead agent
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid BC real estate license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
