Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner - Employment Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will provide HR support and expertise to our clients, specifically related to employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to clients on employment documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, using strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and initiatives, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • CHRP certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in employment law and/or human resources, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
