We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Molding Machine Set-Up Specialist to join our Night Shift team. In this position, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and apply your knowledge in injection molding to fulfill essential duties such as:

  • Configuring and initiating the molding machinery and associated equipment in accordance with established specifications
  • Ensuring that operational processes comply with set-up tolerances
  • Recording any discrepancies from the set-up master
  • Assessing color feeders and ensuring product quality
  • Adhering strictly to safety protocols

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of injection molding techniques and exhibit robust mechanical aptitude. A willingness to pursue ongoing education through training programs is crucial. Physical stamina and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards are also vital traits.
