Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing CSOs within our internal systems.
- Creating and overseeing project timelines and submitting them for necessary reviews.
- Collaborating effectively with CAD Technicians and Designers.
- Providing support to the Project Manager as needed.
- Serving as the primary contact for clients, offering updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintaining project status trackers to ensure all modifications are documented.
- Managing multiple projects across various locations simultaneously.
- Distributing work plans to clients.
- Engaging in negotiations with vendors and clients as necessary.
- Overseeing project delivery alongside the team.
- Handling invoicing for completed work.
- Issuing and tracking purchase order requests for vendor payments.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Telecommunications/Construction sector is advantageous.
- Proven record of safety and attendance, demonstrating strong safety awareness.
- Valid class 'G' driver's license and reliable transportation.
