In your role as Project Coordinator at Pinchin, you will lead a group of specialists delivering consulting services related to Environmental Quality Management (EQM) challenges, as well as assisting clients with issues such as water intrusion, mold proliferation, and concerns regarding hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft proposals for mold and EQM initiatives
  • Oversee and execute mold, EQM, and infection control consulting projects
  • Guide and develop Project Technologists
  • Administer project budgets including Work In Progress (WIP), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and billing
  • Enhance and uphold quality assurance standards within the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Applied Science is preferred
  • 3-5 years of pertinent project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Valid driver's license required
