Pinchin Ltd. is in search of a dedicated Project Coordinator to enhance our team. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about overseeing client portfolios and delivering effective guidance to a project team. In this role, you will manage a group of specialists in consulting for Indoor Environmental Standards (IES) concerns, moisture intrusion, mold remediation, and hazardous substance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships
  • Draft project proposals for mold and IES initiatives
  • Oversee consulting assignments for evaluations and remediation efforts
  • Educate and support Project Technologists
  • Administer project budgets and ensure quality assurance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Applied Science is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
