Position Overview

The Beautyplus Brow Studio is seeking a dedicated Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the beauty industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational efficiency
  • Strategically plan and organize daily activities
  • Recruit, train, and manage salon staff
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and manage staff schedules
  • Authorize financial transactions and merchandise returns
  • Resolve operational challenges, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels
  • Facilitate staff training and development
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees.

Safety and Security

Basic security clearance is required.

Transportation

Public transportation options are accessible.
