Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Plan and control staff schedules to meet business needs.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Security and Safety
    • Criminal record check for all staff members.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Attention to detail to ensure high standards of service delivery.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
