Position Overview

As a Beauty Salon Supervisor at Beautyplus Brow Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our salon. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the beauty industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational processes
  • Strategically plan and organize salon activities
  • Recruit, train, and manage salon staff
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and implement work schedules
  • Authorize payment transactions and merchandise returns
  • Manage and resolve operational issues, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon personnel
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.

Security and Safety

Must possess basic security clearance.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are readily available.
