Salon Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our salon's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to manage our salon's daily activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire, Train and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address Customer Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage our salon's work schedules, ensuring that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with our salon's policies.
- Resolve Issues and Conflicts: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our salon's inventory, ensuring that all products and supplies are stocked and available for use.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in salon management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance
- Transportation: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, accurate, dependability, ability to multitask
