Position Overview

The role of the Beauty Salon Supervisor at Beautyplus Brow Studio involves overseeing the daily operations of the salon to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational activities.
  • Organize and plan the workflow of the salon.
  • Recruit, train, and manage salon personnel.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules.
  • Authorize financial transactions and returns.
  • Handle various operational challenges, including customer requests and supply shortages.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Safety and Security

Basic security clearance is required for this position.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are readily available.
