About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to join our team at Hana Nails and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and supervision to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality nail services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control the budget and inventory to ensure the salon's financial stability and growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
