Regional Sales Director Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at BlueVoyant, you will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth in the assigned regions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and expand market share.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and optimize sales processes.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • 5+ years of sales and management experience, with a focus on pipeline growth and expansion.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably managed security services.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
