Assistant/Associate Professor, MHS/MN-GEN

Athabasca University's Faculty of Health Disciplines is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a tenure-track position as Assistant/Associate Professor in the Master of Health Studies and Master of Nursing-Generalist Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow a sustained research program in a key strategic area, including securing external funding and disseminating research findings through various channels.
- Teach and evaluate undergraduate and graduate-level courses in nursing and health studies, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Contribute to the life of Athabasca University and the community, engaging in service activities that promote the university's mission and values.
- PhD in a relevant field and eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse in Alberta.
- Three to five years of relevant academic and/or discipline-related experience, with a developing research program and a strong commitment to teaching and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
