Position Overview
Join Canadian Blood Services as a Regular Full-Time Brand Manager within our dynamic Integrated Marketing team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of the team, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the mission and values of Canadian Blood Services.
  • Enhance brand visibility and loyalty among employees, donors, and the public through effective messaging and positioning.
  • Lead initiatives that inspire and mobilize internal and external stakeholders as brand advocates.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Utilize analytical skills to monitor brand performance metrics, preparing insightful reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external partners to ensure the brand is accurately represented.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Marketing or Corporate Communications; a master’s degree is an asset.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Communications or Marketing, with a focus on corporate brand management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A deep understanding of brand management strategies and practices.

Work Environment
This position requires an in-person presence at a Canadian Blood Services location for approximately 40% of the time. You will work a standard schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
