Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the mission and values of Canadian Blood Services.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty among employees, donors, and the community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to monitor brand performance metrics and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
  • Engage in strategic marketing campaigns and public relations efforts to promote our brand effectively.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Marketing or Corporate Communications; a master’s degree is an asset.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Communications or Marketing, with a focus on corporate brand management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • A proven track record in managing complex projects with significant budgets.
