About the Role

Vosyn is in search of an energetic and meticulous Support Associate to become part of our team. This position is perfect for individuals who are either pursuing or have recently obtained their bachelor's degree and are eager to broaden their professional horizons in a nurturing and flexible work atmosphere. As a Support Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of our internal systems by overseeing access to drives, folders, and portals, while also maintaining an up-to-date record of employee transitions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access to drives and ensure prompt removal of access for employees who are departing.
  • Administer and oversee access to various organizational folders and portals.
  • Keep an accurate and current record of employees joining or leaving the organization, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through video call support.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of technical support processes and documentation.
  • Monitor Notion pages across different departments.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and take initiative on tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing database management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Notion is preferred.
