Job Title: Donor and Partner Relations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Donor and Partner Relations Coordinator to join our team at PAOC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive donor engagement plans, cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and institutional partners, and managing fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute donor engagement plans to maintain and enhance relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and institutional partners
  • Create and implement monthly personalized communication strategies to acknowledge, recognize, and thank donors for their contributions
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to design and implement annual fundraising plans aimed at meeting revenue targets
  • Identify, research, and engage potential major gift donors and sponsors
  • Develop proposals and partnership agreements that align with the organization's mission and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and contributions using CCB
  • Generate detailed reports on donor activity, fundraising progress, and campaign performance for senior management and the board of directors

Requirements:

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, data management, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and donor relations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to take initiative
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle when needed
