Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Support Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our enterprise clients, resolving technical issues, and providing training and support to help them get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to help clients get the most out of our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices to provide expert support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (bilingual)
