About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our Customer Triage team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and courteous frontline support to our customers and systems support staff, troubleshooting services and using creative problem-solving to resolve technical issues.
  • User Management: Complete user management requests and end-user support issues, effectively reviewing legal documents and government filings to verify the identity of client representatives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict internal policies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with specialized duties such as reporting, weekly user script import requests, and ad-hoc user script import requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service/support role.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic understanding of networks, email systems, and their respective technologies.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce, and Confluence (Jira) applications.
  • Availability: Comfortable with standard office or designated shift hours, prepared to work weekends, weekday, and weekend on-call shifts as required.
