Key Responsibilities
  • Provide World-Class Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and collaborative wholesale process.
  • Manage High-Volume Tickets: Effectively manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets via chat and phone support channels, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.
