Job Overview

The Food Service Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing the profitability of our operations. This individual is dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and managing expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees labor expenses by managing daily staffing levels effectively, promoting efficiency among all team members.
  • Maintains control over production costs, supply expenses, and inventory by following established operational standards.
  • Conducts regular audits of service quality and standards.
  • Ensures compliance with all established tracking procedures on a daily basis.
  • Develops and executes strategies aimed at achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Regularly supervises teamwork and service delivery.
  • Addresses day-to-day employee matters professionally while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates and implements training programs designed to enhance skills, improve guest service, foster repeat business, increase revenue, and boost team morale.
  • Assists in conducting annual employee evaluations and manages interim performance concerns.
  • Ensures accurate compliance with time and attendance protocols.
  • Maintains staffing levels in accordance with established guidelines and adjusts daily based on operational needs.
  • Ensures all employees receive training in accordance with company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Food Service is required.
  • Current certifications for Safe Food Handlers and Smart Serve are necessary.

This position may involve physical demands, including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
