The Hourly Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the profitability of Operations at Aramark. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

- Ensure control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive repeat business.
- Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Address day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
- Support and implement training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.

- Maintain staffing levels consistent with established guidelines and make daily adjustments based on business needs.
