Ravago Americas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve gross margin targets and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize customer-centric selling skills to approach the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities, and maintain a robust target funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are met.
  • Develop and manage sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in B2B, face-to-face sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
