Director of Sales

Join our team as a Director of Sales and lead our sales efforts in Montreal and Ottawa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a matrix pool of Technical Specialists and supporting Account Executives in developing and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a matrix pool of Technical Specialists and provide guidance on proposal development and pricing.
  • Support Account Executives in developing and closing deals, including:
    • Developing opportunity qualification documents and coordinating qualification processes.
    • Developing proposal plans and identifying proposal development requirements.
    • Leading the development of solutions and coordinating with internal pricing teams.
    • Evaluating risks and opportunities and working with Account Executives to establish margin and pricing.
    • Developing financial justifications for client ROI/TCO and ensuring adherence to business rules.
  • Coordinate with senior management to obtain approvals and drive sales efforts.
  • Provide general sales support to Account Executives and ensure smooth hand-offs to transition and delivery teams.
  • Work with Account Executives to discover additional opportunities and develop change orders.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French) language skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
