Join our team as a Director of Sales and lead our sales efforts in Montreal and Ottawa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a matrix pool of Technical Specialists and supporting Account Executives in developing and closing deals.
Responsibilities:- Manage a matrix pool of Technical Specialists and provide guidance on proposal development and pricing.
- Support Account Executives in developing and closing deals, including:
- Developing opportunity qualification documents and coordinating qualification processes.
- Developing proposal plans and identifying proposal development requirements.
- Leading the development of solutions and coordinating with internal pricing teams.
- Evaluating risks and opportunities and working with Account Executives to establish margin and pricing.
- Developing financial justifications for client ROI/TCO and ensuring adherence to business rules.
- Coordinate with senior management to obtain approvals and drive sales efforts.
- Provide general sales support to Account Executives and ensure smooth hand-offs to transition and delivery teams.
- Work with Account Executives to discover additional opportunities and develop change orders.
- Bilingual (French) language skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
