Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Packaging Specialist who excels in sales and client engagement. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer relationships and driving business growth within the packaging sector.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Networking: Identify potential clients through various channels, including industry events and outreach initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities, compiling insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to generate leads, including direct outreach and digital marketing efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage quotes, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the packaging industry. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial. Candidates should also demonstrate effective organizational skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
