Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Networking: Identify and engage potential clients through networking events, industry conferences, and outreach initiatives.
  • Relationship Management and Negotiation: Develop robust customer relationships, comprehend their requirements, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate agreements, and secure advantageous contracts.
  • Market Research and Sales Analytics: Collect market intelligence on industry developments and competitors, prepare sales reports, and provide updates on forecasts and activities.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Presentations: Generate leads through outreach efforts, conduct sales presentations via various platforms.
  • Customer Engagement and Follow-up: Maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction and explore further sales opportunities.
  • Quoting, Pricing, and CRM Management: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, maintain accurate customer records in a CRM system, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a background in packaging and distribution, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. They should exhibit exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities. A proactive approach, effective organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development are essential. The candidate should also be adept in data analysis and comfortable navigating a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
